MISSION: As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner for people, teams, and their managers within a defined scope. Your mission is to contribute to their development and optimize individual and collective performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Foster the development of competencies to optimize individual and collective performance, aligning with the Company's short and long-term requirements.
· Provide comprehensive support to managers and team members on all Personnel function processes, leveraging the expertise of the SP network when necessary.
· Ensure adherence to Personnel policies, with a focus on respect for people, professional mobility, management quality, and compliance with internal Group rules, legal regulations, and Company agreements. Handle requests for recourse and provide resolutions.
· Cultivate trust in the recourse process to ensure all cases are treated fairly and completed timely, whichever recourse path is chosen.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
· Support managers in processes contributing to team and team members' development.
· Advise employees on their professional path and competency development upon request.
· Proactively engage with employees selected in talent pools to support their professional paths.
· Ensure timely staffing of critical jobs and positions through active management of succession pools and plans.
· Enhance managerial quality by supporting managers.
· Facilitate internal professional mobility.
· Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, including outreach, onsite compliance, etc.
· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Availability for periodic off-shift and weekend support.
· Ownership of the TLBO (Team Leader Faced Organization) Proaction program, coaching site leaders and managers in performance feedback delivery.
· Champion for annual site satisfaction survey and development of employee engagement improvement strategies.
· Preparation of development plans for wage employees.
· Development of succession planning at the wage level.
· Collaboration with the Training team to advance wage training and development through the DRIVE program.
· Conducting investigations as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
· Comprehensive HR Generalist experience with knowledge in compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment labor laws.
· Experience or exposure to the Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
· Strong communication and influencing skills.
· Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, coaching skills
· Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
· Demonstrable ability to take initiative and build strong and productive work relationships.
· Concrete examples of team development skills
· Experience conducting investigations.
· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
· Spanish speaking proficiency strongly preferred
