PLM Support Analyst

Main expected skills:
- First experience on 3D Experience or other PLM tool (could be academic)
- Motivation to support Michelin tire developer for at least next 3 years.
A first experience on support or on Dassault solution would be appreciated.
Main activity:
- Incident and user request management
- Participation to application improvement:
- Root cause analysis
- Work with development team to make application more robust
- Improvement of user training
- Monitoring and alerting improvement
- New release validation.
