Your role :

Part of the Product Development Manager – Track Systems team, the selected candidate will work with engineers and technical experts to design new track systems. In addition, he/she will provide technical support to related departments such as the manufacturing plants and the purchasing department.

We need you for:

·  Generate 3D models using CAD programs and design track systems (Undercarriage) for vehicles in the agricultural market;
·  Drawing up the models for manufacturing and support engineering changes;
·  Maintain standards in the CAD design and model lifecycle process via Windchill PLM;
·  Collaborate with engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop and improve products and apply design standards and norms to products under development;
·  Participate in product development activities (DFMEA, PFMEA) and validation plans;
·  Assist the purchasing team with supplier communications regarding technical drawings.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

·  You have a college or professional diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering experience;
·  You are a recent graduate with experience in mechanical design in a 3D environment;
·  You are proficient in 3D design software (Creo, an asset);
·  You have experience in the field of agricultural or transportation equipment (an asset);
·  You are familiar with various manufacturing processes (machining, casting, forging, welding);
·  You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so that you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international customers;
·  You are interested in occasional travel to our various sites (mainly in the United States).
·  You are autonomous, creative, naturally curious and interested in learning new things;
·  You work well in a team and are good at networking;
·  You like to participate in decisions and be involved.
