KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1 - The local policy for people development (vision, principle, organization, means) is implemented
• Consistent with business context, Personnel policy and legal requirements
• Consistent with the regional orientations
2 - The local Competency Management System is aligned to regional needs and ensures inter-metier consistency.
3 - The effectiveness, efficiency and business impact of Learning &Development activities are evaluated and improved.
• Local Learning & Development activity & progress plans are coordinated and consistent
• Learning & Development activities and regional training centers are managed in line with Group and local requirements (legal, administrative, QMS)
4 - The competencies required for learning and development professionals are evaluated and enhanced to be consistent with Learning &Development métier requirements now and in the future
5 - Creative and new solutions for learning & development – based on innovation and external benchmarking – are proactively provided
