IT Progress analyst

· Best practices and tools of progress approach are deployed and improve the performance of the entity’s services.
· Progress initiatives are identified and facilitated, and lead improvement of quality achievement :
· is accountable to choose and apply relevant progress method and tools to improve performance,
· give visibility on results,
· ensure alignment between entity strategy and progress initiatives,
· ensure systematic corrective action are implemented to reduce errors and improve the quality of systems by targeting the root causes of problems.
· Performance is measured and analyzed in order to identify potential for progress, results of progress initiatives are measured.
· Interfaces, communications, resource arbitrations are negotiated and coordinated between progress initiatives.
· The entity's progress network is animated: sharing experience and identifying training needs, providing training, validating entries into the profession.
· The entity's management is coached in continuous service improvement practices.
· Operational teams' long-term autonomy is developed, in order to manage their progress initiatives.
· Lessons learned between teams/areas/entities are capitalized and shared, and standards are improved. Change management, in addition with deployment of progress initiatives, is performed, progress chantiers are animated.
