MISSION
·
Represents DOTI (DOTI : Digital Transformation & Information System Operational Direction ) at Country level and manages all IS/IT resources (whether or not they report to him), is in charge of satisfying the commitment made by DOTI to local business entities.

Backed by local business representatives, facilitates DOTI BSS zone deploy and support IS/IT solutions and rationalize specific ones.
·
Breaks down DOTI strategic orientations into local progress plans.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
·
Manage and responsible of IT services and operation for Korea.
·
Manage the vendor partner to ensure they meets contractual obligations, leading to successful delivery of the project and IT services in Korea.
·
Responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation, maintenance, and upgrading function for the countries infrastructure to comply with the availability, quality, security and cost levels that DCTI is committed to provide.
·
To escalate IS/IT application issue to BSS support manager when issue not resolve on time.
·
Collaborates with PMs to ensure vendor partners are effectively managed and contracts are fully leveraged, resulting in effective cost management for IS/IT projects and policies deployment in countries.
·
Assist internal business user by providing infra technical consulting and innovative proposal per request.
·
Facilitates relations between DOTI Central Services and local teams.
·
Manage and develop IT Security Programs in the domain.
QUALIFICATION
·
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other engineering field.
·
8+ years of working experience in IT domain and 2+ years of experience in an people manager role
·
Good command of English (fluent) & Korean (native)
·
Experience on project management and vendor management
·
ITIL or PMP certificate is a plus
