This role is based in the  Michelin Corporate Business Services i n Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.   

What we’re looking for:   

· 
Bachelor's Degree; 

· 
Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level); 

· 
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; 

· 
Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance; 

· 
Team-worker attitude; Proactivity; 

· 
Customer-oriented approach & solution focused; 

The HR support will:   

· 
Respond to questions received from employees/partners via multiple sources (Service Now tool, email or phone) on the following HR processes:, payroll, Social benefits, timesheet management, etc. 

· 
Manage and enrich internal HR chatbot based on analyzes of different requests and process developments;  

· 
Keep updated all information and data available for employees and/or partners; 

· 
Measure and monitor performance indicators for better management of the activity. 

· 
Address to next level support for complex requests that cannot be resolved at this level.
