·       Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts, of energy)

·       A NS DOE high pressure certification is an expectation but not an initial requirement.

·       Record intervention in a maintenance management system

·       Proactive approach to reliability and repairs

·       Able to work with limited supervision
