KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• The total level of PDR inventory is optimized while maintaining the service level expected by customers
• The availability of PDR for critical machines and/or critical equipment is guaranteed
• The compliance to the Group practices and local regulation is ensured (ie. physical inventories)
• The quality of the PDR storage is guaranteed
• The Group shared PDR are managed in accordance with requirement of the central platform (movements subject to visa)
• The rules for repairable PDR management are implemented
