MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for providing administration support to enable smooth execution of the European Talent Acquisition strategy. The Talent Acquisition Administrator collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers and candidates in order to support business needs, attraction and assessment processes and delivery of excellent customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities include:

Support of Sourcing strategy implementation for all positions in 22 Markets

·  Coordinating key sourcing channels including, Michael Kors Careers & Linkedin
·  Ongoing identification of innovative talent acquisition channels
·  Management of evergreen positions into the ATS (Workday)
·  Support talent pool activity across Europe
·  Create and update job postings  and use innovative cost efficient methods

Candidate experience coordination

·  Support Talent Acquisition team to coordinate all candidate interviews for Corporate and key Field positions liaising with Candidates and Hiring Managers
·  Manage candidate communication to ensure best-in-class interview experience is managed from start to finish
·  Partnership with HR Administrators and advisors to ensure contracts and new starter onboarding processes are managed effectively

Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition KPIs

·  Manage Candidate Surveys results for EMEA
·  Support Talent Acquisition Manager  to create, maintain and organize KPIs reports on a quarterly basis
·  Consolidate and follow up on Talent Acquisition Costs, invoices, etc. with Finance department
·  Ensure the appropriate tracking of Open positions for Corporate and Field

Support Employer Branding activities

·  Ensure all internal and external communications for Talent Acquisition (templates, events, EE communications) are reflective of Michael Kors’ DNA
·  Support on networking events, forums or any TA related events

Lead different kind of initiatives proactively

·  Support on TA training tools to support Line Managers’ development skills
·  Candidate mapping and social networking candidate research and identification
·  Coordinate group interview and recruitment days/fairs when needed
·  Acting as a liaison to recruitment agencies when required
·  Support on general administration

REQUIREMENTS

·  Existing experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential, ideally within a recruitment agency or in-house Talent team
·  Experienced in using Workday or similar ATS system
·  Collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication with precise administration skills
·  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Problem solving skills and a drive for results
·  English and Additional European language would be desirable
