The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for providing a flawless experience for events held within the showroom and establishing and maintaining it's corresponding relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contact person for customers, external partners and employees in the Showroom
· Coordination of all Showroom activities and making sure that standards and looks are in place
· Coordination of technical works or facility management works in the Showroom (small reparations, IT-issues, orders of bureau equipment, etc.)
· Contact person for internal and external organizational tasks like events and markets
· Systematic help during market preparation and installation/de-installation of samples for all MK divisions
· Coordination of sample shipments for all division to customers
· Responsibility of updating calendar entries during markets
· Budget planning for the Showroom
· Coordination of caterers and service helps
· Booking of models in alignment with divisional heads
· Reporting customer lists
· Support of all departments in the London office with daily tasks and office equipment orders
REQUIREMENTS
· College degree
· 1-2 yrs in retail/sales environment & wholesale experience
· Computer literate
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic, eager to learn
· Team player
· Languages: bilingual (English & local language)
