Shipping Administrator

Who You Are

As a Shipping Administrator you work accurately and have strong analytical skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced continually changing environment, demonstrate flexibility, and are the kind of person that roles up sleeves and takes ownership for your own behavior.

The Shipping Administrator is part of the Operations team and reports into the Warehouse Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

·  Support the supervisor with hour registration for department (agency) employees;
·  Other administration from department: different on every department;
·  Support Warehouse Lead with other administration;
·  Support solving issues, changes into WMI (Manhattan).
·  First point of contact for drivers that report at the inbound desk
·  Give advice to the Supervisor / Team lead about personnel matters;

You’ll Need to Have

·  VMBO working- and thinking level (level 3/4)
·  English speaking & reading at good level. Preferable Dutch and/or German
·  Knowledge WMI (Manhattan is a pre).
·  At least 26 weeks proven working experience within a Warehouse Environment
·  Interested in a career path within the Warehouse industry
·  Ability to be flexible
