Who You Are

You are a Logistics Administrator who understands the need to work well with others to achieve Department goals. Your most important stakeholders are the DC planning team, Operations and the Jimmy Choo logistics team.

You have strong analytical skills, but are also solution oriented and able to think outside the box to solve problems. Working under pressure is no problem for you and you are committed to getting the job done on time.

What you’ll do

·  Support in the daily logistics activities
·  Support in reporting to the business
·  Prepare documentation
·  Trace shipments and solve delivery contingencies
·  Communicate with other stakeholders (both internal and external)

·  Follow up and chase all deliveries with the carriers
·  Communicate the status of the freights with the relevant stakeholders
·  Validate customer information and update on system
·  Support in the daily RTL Store planning
·  Create shipping labels for special customer requirements
·  Follow up on the return requests and book transfers
·  Manage and follow up on necessary documentation
·  Generate uploads on TESI and maintain the data transmissions

You’ll need to have

·  A minimum of 1 year of Inbound administrational experience
·  Excellent knowledge of Excel
·  Flexible and able to cope with changes (new account implementation)
·  Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
·  Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
·  Strong team player skills
·  Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce

Knowledge of SAP is highly recommended
