Who You Are

You are an Inventory Controller with strong analytical skills.

You know how to motivate and coach a team in order to achieve Department targets.

You understand the need to work well with others within your own team as well as with other internal stakeholders, but you are also able to work independently.

You are able to summarize and communicate all issues encountered, to analyze their root causes and to propose solutions.  

The Inventory Controller is part of the Inventory Control team and reports into the Senior Inventory Controller.

What You’ll Do

·  Supervising the Inventory Control Field (in DC) team
·  Overlooking the progress and procedures of the Cycle Counting team.
·  Execution of performance audits in regards to operational activities and their relation with Inventory accuracy.
·  Adhere to the Inventory adjustments process, procedures and guidelines
·  Communicate with various departments, to provide, receive information, resolve questions and issues and give visibility to all the involved stakeholders
·  Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
·  Prepare and maintain reports both for internal and external use

You’ll Need to Have

·  Recent experience with Cycle Count / Inventory Control is preferred
·  Understanding of financial impact of all inventory transactions
·  Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
·  Excellent proficiency with Excel
·  Experience in any WMS - Manhattan WMI series
