Your role at Michael Kors:

As an Equipment Operator, you are responsible for moving material within a warehouse while adhering to campus rules and meeting productivity, quality and safety standards. Other duties may include loading, unloading, palletizing, receiving, locating, picking and packing products along with other warehouse related tasks as assigned. This position reports to a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

·  Operating the electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift in and around the campus. 
·  Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.
·  Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
·  Processes orders for shipment, including picking, packing, checking and restocking.
·  Operates Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
·  Wraps orders on pallet for shipment.
·  Other duties as assigned.

We’re excited about you if you have:

·  At least 1 year of experience operating the electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift within a warehouse or distribution environment.
·  Proven experience using RF scanners.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.
·  Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 75 lbs. and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours.
·  Ability to multitask and work inclusively with others.
·  Ability to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.

We’d love to see:

·  Experience using radio frequency (RF) scanners or warehouse software systems.  
·  Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems.
