JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Key focus is to manage the priority and pick up level process of orders and maintain priority of emergency orders.
·  Engages with all DC departments, and associates in problem resolution processes to assure service outcomes are meeting or exceeding expectations.
·  Identifies, resolves and actively communicates issues, specifically detected during waving, and serves as a central problem solving point for these matters.
·  Participates in developing tools and analyzes existing documents to forecast workload and allocate resources as required to maximize production and efficiency.
·  Ensure proper documentation in related systems and reporting.
·  Maintains files necessary for batch tracking and reporting purposes.
·  Participates in Daily Sunrise Meeting to keep the Operations teams aligned and focused on priorities, and to keep communication open and continual. 
·  Managing location availability on active picking areas (including aging).
·  Monitor and manage daily pack outs.
·  Execute slotting based on order books and information provided by the business.
·  First point of contact in case of (urgent) adjustments to the daily plan. This includes alignment with other MK departments like Operations, Logistics, Allocation, and Customer Service.

REQUIREMENTS

·  Knowledge about Advance Planning & Optimization Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, paired with the ability to influence technical teams to achieve the right technical solutions
·  Commitment to excellence and to getting the job done on time.
·  Hands on leader that leads by example, excels in clear and focused communication, and coaching associates for desired results.
·  Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. If required, must be able to think out of the box and apply common sense
·  Good written and verbal skill in Dutch and English to communicate with all levels of the organization, and execute excellent analytical and problem solving skills
