What You’ll Do:
PROJECT INTAKE (60%)
· Receive and process all incoming creative briefs in a timely manner within Wrike PM Software.
· Read and understand all incoming briefs; identify missing information and circle back with requestor to obtain what is needed
· Act as the main point of contact and gatekeeper for all companywide creative requests
· Identify available resources and assign short term, creative jobs to Project Management and Art teams while understanding complexities of projects and timelines
· Communicate information to relevant parties in a timely manner
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (20%)
· Project manage smaller executional projects; ie turnkey print + digital.
· Kick off projects between Art, Fashion Office, and Editorial teams.
· Develop timelines and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets.
· Identify potential issues within a project and proactively work with team members to problem solve.
· Ability to clearly communicate with requestors regarding the details and creative of the project.
· Review deliverables and ensuring all assets are included before sending final assets to requestors.
DEPARTMENTAL OPERATIONS: (20%)
· Prepare weekly status reports.
· Keep flow of information open and transparent between all teams and external partners
· Report issues between requesting departments, creative services, and project management teams
· Team administrative support (i.e. invoices, supplies, etc.)
You’ll Need to Have:
· Bachelor's degree
· Must have 2-3 years of experience in creative services/traffic/project management (agency, fashion experience ideal/preferred)
· Strong understanding of inner workings of Creative Services
· Must be detail oriented
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must have excellent time management skills
· Must have excellent communication skills with good follow-up
· Mac/Creative Suite; proficiency in Wrike is preferred
