JOB TITLE: COORDINATOR, GLOBAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING | INSTORE EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
LOCATION: New York, NY
REPORTING TO (LEVEL): MANAGER, GLOBAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING | INSTORE EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
WHO YOU ARE:
The Visual Coordinator is responsible for developing innovative and creative solutions that drive sales and support divisional strategies. A Visual Coordinator's role is to help train and build field employees of all visual excellence levels. Assist Visual Manager with special projects but not limited to achieving divisional financial goals through visual merchandising.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
· Assist in developing learning opportunities and programs, both self-led and directed, in supporting employee growth and increase employee engagement.
· Support in the development of all Global VM training tools.
· Collaborate with others to create prototypes and seek feedback from team members and stakeholders throughout the design process.
· Facilitate both instructor-led and virtual classroom/webinar sessions.
· Deliver training materials in a useful and enjoyable format.
IN-STORE EXPERIENCE
· Conduct store visits in person or virtually to ensure stores comply with MK standards.
· Develop strong partnerships with the field to drive sales through store displays and all other aspects of merchandising.
· Partner closely with field teams to localize in-store presentations.
· Support with the execution of VM instore projects, initiatives, and provide feedback to cross-functional partners.
· Act as a liaison between the corporate office and store teams to develop effective visual strategies and offer solutions to problems as they arise.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
· Participate in monthly photo reviews to ensure stores are consistent with MK Visual Standards.
· Support the setup during each seasonal market for the division in partnership with Merchandising Team.
· Create and maintain company VM Standards Guide.
· Establish a guideline workflow using SMARTSHEETS.
COMMUNICATION
· Communicate and share guidelines, templates, and files with a global network to ensure a cohesive brand message.
· Facilitate communication between the field and corporate regarding VM Guidelines and new visual initiatives.
· Provide consistent field support by routing all departmental mail accurately and promptly
· Partner with the Manager to leverage multiple communication vehicles (conference calls, webinars, coaching conversations) to ensure that store teams understand visual direction.

· Funnel creative recommendations into practical applications
· Display originality and contributes fresh ideas
· Make ongoing suggestions to improve operations
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
· Minimum 2 - 4 years Visual Merchandising experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong photography skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
· Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
