Poste et missions:
Based out of our London office, working closely with the Director as a chargé(e) de mission, you will be responsible for assisting him in the following areas:
- Compiling data to monitor and analyse operational performance
- Acting as a PMO for internal transformation projects
- Developing organisation and communication material for APAC and our leadership team
- Supporting the preparation and execution of governance and external meetings
- Conducting specific research to support decision making
Profil:
- Graduated from a Grande Ecole, either in engineering or business,
- You are energetic and proactive, with a structured approach to solving complex problems and a critical mind.
- You feel comfortable operating autonomously as well as within a team thanks to strong inter-personal skills. You can behave appropriately with confidential and commercially sensitive data.
- You have a first successful experience in project management or business development
- You must be completely fluent in English; fluency in German and Spanish is a plus.
