Role & Responsibilities :
In our Teplice production site, we look for a VIE HR Specilaist to support the local HR team. The plant is about 140 employees.
RECRUITMENT
- Prepare all necessary information & analysis prior to launch any recruitment in line with Finance & global HR.
- Negotiation with external agencies
- Cover whole recruitment process for hourly population (advertising, contact candidates, interviews)
- Follow Immersion Plans
- Induction plan – Events : Organize agenda for new employee induction
SUPORT PAYROLL
- Follow working time – vacations
- Work on workload plan in line with TPM MC Team
- Cover all payroll process and ensure legal declaration
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Update & follow Headcount Report
- Update & follow Employee Files on T drive
- Administrative HR: Contract, certificate, personal file, legal declaration, promotions letters…
- Input new employees to the attendance system Success factors
- Input new employees to the attendance system
- Benefits : Benefits card – to ensure that points are credited according to our rules checks if liability insurance is paid on time
TRAINING PLAN
- Cooperation on appointments with all managers to define needs and priorities for the year
- Built the annual plan according the budget, the priorities and requests from manager for their teams.
- To be one of the contact with training agencies.
OTHER HR
- Cooperation on organizing events in TPM with Management team
- Lead Exit Interview
GLOBAL HR SUPPORT with HR MANAGER
- Communicate, launch report & track every step of Global HR Global processes for Teplice:
- Mid-year/End-year Performance review,
- Development plan
- Talent Management process
- Internal Communication: Support the HR manager to translate global HR communications (ex. Newsletter in Czech, announcement, Organization Charts)
- Salary review
- Bonus proposal & calculation
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Bachelor degree and 5 years’ experience in HR
- Fluency in English is required both verbally and in writing.
