Poste et missions:
The Pet Vet Therapeutics Solutions portfolio is a leading growth driver for Boehringer Ingelheim, with specific interest in pain, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, oncology, nephrology, atopy and long-acting anti-infectives solutions. Given the broad scope of our focus, the team is requesting to have a dedicated person strongly involved and connected to the teams based in the US (Pet Vet parasiticides, PHC, Digital, and US operations). In order to support prioritization of initiatives, major missions will include:
- Market analysis (proprietary and non-proprietary data) and sales forecasting of new initiatives answering unmet needs (RD/BD)
- Current Product portfolio optimization and simplification
- Collect detailed information on programs and digital initiatives and support and/or follow-up pilots regarding new initiatives helping the vet profession and the PVTS franchise
- Key-player to facilitate information flow between teams based in the US and teams based in France/Germany in close collaboration with various business units: PetVet, PHC, DAMI, US Operations...
- In close collaboration with Brand Directors:
+ assess new market opportunities and build relevant sales forecasts
+ Manage current worldwide portfolio based on financials and strategic KPIs
+ Follow-up digital initiatives and potential pilot projects.
+ Help deployment of new technologies (e-health, diagnostics,...) in relation with the PetVet Thera Solutions activities
+ Provide support to launch plan designs
- Support and share best practices, being the team key contact for the Pet Vet News letter writing
- participate to answering corporate requests (ARC, LTF, R&D Portfolio review...)
Profil:
Diploma in Veterinary Medicine/College Graduate, possibly completed MBA/MA in Business Administration
Experience in pharmaceutical/agro industry
Good knowledge of marketing, market research, data analytics and financial assessment
Understanding of the veterinarian & Pet Health industry.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Positive attitude, team spirit, capacity to work in a multicultural environment, sense of diplomacy in particular when interacting with foreigners and/or in a context of transversal management, project management abilities, interest in new technologies.
