Poste et missions:
As a support to the current digital team, we are looking for an intrapreneur passionate about accelerating digital transformation in a Health Care company.
During his/her assignment, the VIE will:
- Be a key-player to facilitate information flow between teams based in the US, Germany and France with regards with Data, Governance, Pet and Production Animal Digital, Technology and the different countries/regions.
- Bring support to global digital priorities: B2B portals, connected new products, eCommerce, US Apps pilot and Precision Livestock Faaming.
- Help and contribute to a communication plan for internal change management and create a strong internal adoption (digital acceleration plan).
- Follow up on the key digital projects to provide strong communication support.
- Collect and share on key start-ups and competitors activities, maintain a list of key contacts and prioritize potential value/impact.
- Create and maintain project portfolio tracking.
- Provide support on creation of Business plans for Digital initiatives.
- Share best practices when applicable and promote cross-functional and cross-geographical communication.
Profil:
- Master Degree in Business/Digital
- College degree in Life sciences, computer science or social studies
- 1 or 2 years in a Digital Marketing Agency or Health/Diagnostic company
- Strong focus on Digital and technology
- Consulting background could be a plus
- Good interpersonal skills
- Curious with an interest for Health care
- Ability to focus on consumer expectations in a digital world
- Ability to interact with different levels in the organization
- Autonomous on a daily basis
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Good German level is required
