Poste et missions:
The VIE will Work in close collaboration with the US HR Leaders to provide a strong support on all Compensation, Development activities and projects and as well with Global Compensation and Global People and Organization Development Team
Compensation
a. HR system and data maintenance (data validation, liaise & coordination with HR Operations team)
b. Annual compensation process (alignment with Corporate policy, communication, follow-up of budgets )
c. Market Intelligence and compensation competitiveness (regional salary structure, surveys analysis as relevant)
d. Reporting on Headcounts and personnel costs as per request and departures follow-up (for retention plan, LTI)
e. Projects in linkage with compensation area (grading, sales incentives..)
- People and organization development
a. Talent process (alignment with Corporate policy, KPIs production, succession planning documents, development actions follow-up document)
b. People development (liaise with US BI and BI AH People Development)
c. Development projects (Early Potentials, Organizational design..)
- Support US HR team in the integration phase and provide support ad hoc
- Fully understand and apply all company’s regulations and policies on Health, Safety and Environment.
Profil:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR management
Experience in HR (with Development and Compensation practices
Rigor, Capacity to handle complex dossiers, Analytical skills,
Customer orientation, time and priorities management, Influence, agility with figures, adaptability, communication skills
Master Microsoft office (excel advanced, powerpoint advanced)
Fluency in English
