Poste et missions:
Key-player to facilitate information flow between teams based in the US and teams based in France with regards with Vet & Vet Clinic Strategies, in close collaboration with various business units: PetVet, PHC, DAMI, US Operations..
Follow-up and update technical and scientific services catalog for US vets, highlighting best-practices and key-elements that could be used in other countries.
Support and share best practices, in order to introduce new programs, pilots and services in the US.
Help deployment of new technologies (e-health, diagnostics,...) in relation with the PetVet activity in North America.
Analyze and summarised useful information from research or syndicated data bases in close relation with US technical department.
Cooperate with technical support team in order to follow-up KPIs related to vet client satisfaction and help define vet profiles and needs in terms of training and continous education.
Help build and update information sharing platform.
