Your role:
A dynamic fast paced, exciting new opportunity located in Austin, TX! This position allows you to travel and meet new people while at the same time working on world class specialty gas and chemical deliveries systems, manufactured in our corporate factories. As a Field Service/ Project lead you will be working in the field at Customer locations across the United States and possibly some international locations.
Job Duties include overall responsibility for the installation, operation, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of GasGuard, ChemGuard, and Poly Flow delivery systems and associated support systems including pumps, distribution piping, and exhaust systems at critical customer locations. As part of this role, you will supervise a team of operations/project personnel in the administration and compliance of safety/quality processes and procedures, as well as coach and counsel as required, set shifts/schedules and review and approve timecards as required. You will also be key in working with the United States Services manager to establish advancement criteria, set priorities and establish development plans for individuals assigned. This position plays a critical role in establishing a collaborative relationship with the customer and coordinating and prioritizing critical activities.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
· HS Diploma or GED
· 5+ years’ of experience working in field service in Semiconductor fabs
· 2+ years’ project lead supervisor experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Military leadership experience
· Computer skills
· Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Team focused and collaborative demeanor willing to work alone or with a team
· Reliable and self-motivated
· Committed to Safe and Quality work environment.
· Strong mechanical and electrical skills
· Experience with low voltage and signal wiring (AC/DC)
· Experience working with Gases and chemical system
