The Transformation Manager will manage multiple initiatives from scoping through to implementation and roll out and work jointly with cross-functional partners inside and outside of the organization to establish operations that improve service experience and support. The project portfolio consists of transfer and transformation of New Lines of Business, HR, Finance and Procurement processes related to a regional branch of the Shared Service Center (SSC) organization, and other types of projects, such as Post Merger Integrations, and Business Development initiatives. He/she must be able to work in complex/international environments, and manage projects with medium to long-term scope typically embedded in the context of larger programs. Closely aligned with the Global Transformation Management & Business Development, local responsible, key stakeholders of the SSC organization and legal entities involved, he/she is accountable for delivering projects assigned.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of transformation, post-merger integration, business development and other projects

Defines and applies processes and procedures for successful execution of projects
·
Identifies key risks, prioritizes & agrees on mitigation/action plan
·
Periodically monitors the progress, quality and risks with respect to the overall project portfolio and reports status updates to upper management regularly through governance calls and presentations

Steers the overall planning of the project portfolio in close alignment with the Transformation & Business Development leadership team, PMO and other key stakeholders involved

Oversees and calibrates projects, identifies/solves potential resource shortages, coordinates adjustments and ensures that requirements for a successful project planning and execution are fulfilled

Applies tools and templates according to defined Project Methodology
·
Is responsible for the quality assurance of his/her project portfolio
·
Act as the lead person to conduct research to identify new businesses, and customer needs
·
Arrange, Facilitate and Lead business development meetings with prospective clients
·
Continue to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Who You Are:
·
3-8 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience; or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience
·
Minimum 3-4 years of business process effectiveness/development experience required
·
Very beneficial: IT, HR, Global Procurement (P2P) or Finance Service Center Transformation experience
·
Excellent project management skills (e.g. PRINCE2, SCRUM). Consulting and Business Development experience is a plus.
·
Background in Project Management tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront)
·
Ability to set priorities and execute accordingly – make difficult decisions and act autonomously
·
Ability to work under high pressure, as well as in a demanding and dynamic environment
·
Result Flexibility and willingness for regular business trips (20-30%)
·
Amenable to work in a flexible schedule usually day or mid-shift
