Wealth Intern, Hong Kong (full time)

Job description

Client Work –You will work with our consultants to understand our client's problems and develop value add solutions and will assist with a combination of the following:


Update performance databases periodically, and utilize the data to produce surveys (e.g. MPF performance survey)


Prepare investment monitoring reports. This will include liaising with fund managers / clients to collect data, updating excel spreadsheets, utilizing Mercer proprietary software for performance analysis, and preparing client ready reports.


Support consultants in ad hoc consulting projects. Examples include manager selection projects to assist clients in evaluating and selecting fund manager for an asset class, and drafting member education materials to retirement plan members.


Support consultants in industry research and marketing efforts.

Desired profile

· 
Progressing towards an undergraduate degree in Finance related field, with an interest in developing a consulting career.

· 
Strong financial / investment related knowledge, analytical and project management skills.

· 
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite. Excellent Excel skills.

· 
Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· 
Expect immediately available candidate who can work for 6 months to 1 year in full time basis (Monday to Friday)
