Role Focus
· Provide administration and analytical support to the Operations Team in order to achieve the EH&B business goals
· Provide HBB helpdesk support and act as a point of reference for user queries in relation to HBB and related systems and process
· Develop and deliver Management information (MI) as requested by the business
· Participation in process and system related projects as requested by the business
Role Responsibilities:
Operational
· Support HBB user group with HBB system and operational issues by
· Managing change requests, system updates and general data maintenance
· Tracking system and maintenance issues
· Contact colleagues via email or phone for HBB issues
· Assist in the creation of operational standards/ procedures and user training documentation
· Prepared reports and guides for issue to the users
· Maintenance and development of system data fields and administrative functions
· Testing updates to the HBB system
· Support the business in the production of MI
· Assist team leader in the generation of communications to business on system and process related issues
· Assist the team leader in the generation and maintenance of Target Operating Model processes
· Develop project management skills
· Produce mail shots for the business as and when required
· Maintenance of HBB Template documents and reports and consideration as to how HBB can drive efficiencies within documents
· Maintenance of the EH&B operations page of the Europac site
· Maintenance of the compliance records for delivery to the Operations Compliance Manager
Client
· Timely delivery of relevant information to clients via mailshots
· Maintenance of all client related template documents
· Process AML verification for clients
Financials
· Maintenance of the aggregator system including liaison with insurers to obtain the right input data
· Building reports to deliver financial information
People
· Support Operations Development consultant on people tracking within the business
· Provide HBB training and support to both users and superusers
· Maintenance of the Threshold Competency records

· Good written and oral communication skills
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel
· Ability to work on own and as part of a team
· Ability to establish a good rapport with users
· Good planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
· Excellent time management skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
· Ability to prioritise own workloads
· Experience of SQL and Crystal Reports desirable
· Good analytical skills
