Global Mobility Technology Implementation Junior Consultant

You will be assisting the implementation of Mobility Technology project of new clients, as well as providing support, administration and maintenance of existing clients. You will also provide assistance in troubleshooting, replication of application issues, testing system upgrades and communicate any upgrades, releases and enhancements to clients.

Responsibilities:
· Analysing companies international mobility policies and processes;
· Analysing expatriate compensation package calculations;
· Software configuration;
· Creating deliverables, regular client webcast call and Workshop meeting notes;
· Supporting and assisting Mercer Consultants;
· Assisting import of Mercer data into a software;
· Providing support to the on-going software implementation projects

Desired profile

· University degree or a high level technical education;
· At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the following areas: HR, customer services or analysing;
· Fluent command of English, other languages will be an asset;
· Project management experience - will be considered as a strong plus;
· Experience in analysing compensation data;
· Very Good knowledge of MS Excel, VBA and SQL will be an asset;
· Global Mobility and International Compensation knowledge is an asset.
