The role exists to support the local and regional benefits teams in data analytics, benchmarking/survey and other consulting projects.

You can also look forward to:

·  Data manipulation and analysis
·  Participating in process improvement/re-engineering initiatives
·  Preparing of benchmarking reports and internal/external publications of survey tools/results
·  Conducting research on legislation changes related to employee health and benefits in APAC
·  Handling ad-hoc special projects as required

Desired profile

Ideally, you should possess:

·  Strong command of MS Excel (including knowledge of VBA programming and formulae)
·  Good analytical and mathematical skills
·  Proficiency with other MS Office Suites (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
·  Effective oral and written communication skills
·  Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines with minimum supervision
