Stage Reservations Agent - Palazzo Cordusio a Gran Melià Hotel Milan

Job description

Join us as an intern and gain hands-on experience in managing both online and offline reservations, supporting individual and group bookings, and contributing to sales opportunities. You will also help drive customer loyalty by providing excellent service.

Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a similar role (internships or part-time positions are acceptable).
* Relevant training or coursework.
* High proficiency in English (second language is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* OPERA CLOUD experience is a plus.
