Job description
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet, check-in, and check-out guests in a professional, friendly manner
* Handle payments and transactions following established procedures
* Register guests, issue room keys, and provide service information
* Upsell rooms and services to increase hotel revenue
* Address guest complaints and implement service recovery to ensure satisfaction
* Perform other duties as needed by the Front Office Department
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a hotel or resort front office role
* Flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
* Strong passion for hospitality and interpersonal communication skills
