Internship - Human Resource Management in Munich

Job description

Your tasks:

·         You and your team are the main point of contact for employees as well as team leads - you support and guide them in a trustful and competent way

·         You support the whole HRM process (work contracts, confirmations and certificates), gain valuable insights of the personnel administration and have the chance to bring to life your suggestions and ideas

·         You are in charge of the communication with our employees, public entities as well as external service providers

·         You support the monthly onboarding event for new employees and ensure they have a great start

·         You are responsible for your own little projects and organize measures of employee retention

·         You support the obtaining and analysis of statistical data for the HR Management in Munich and Berlin

Your profile:

·         Enrolled student in Business, Law or Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources

·         Interest in labor, tax, and social insurance law

·         Autonomous, structured and precise workstyle

·         Reliable, flexible and discrete personality

·         Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

·         Fluent in German (native speaker level) and English

·         Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
