This is an exciting opportunity where, as a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA MEACAT & RCEGI Sales Operations strategies by reinforcing the Sales Analytics through creation of new analytics and KPI’s utilizing Medtronic MITG latest technology [Tableau] and by focusing on the Sales Force Effectiveness. This function will also be supporting SalesForce.com adoption and usage through reporting and analytics. You will be part of the Sales Ops Department and will need to work closely with the EMEA MEACAT & RCEGI Sales Ops Team, Marketing Teams, Sales Teams in EMEA MEACAT & RCEGI and IS Department.

For this role, you would be expected to be located in Prague, Czech Republic.
Principal Accountabilities of the Sales Operations Analyst:
· Manage the production of analytics, reporting and providing the operational analysis on a monthly basis. Combine and analyze internal and external data and reports from SFDC to drive the adoption within the Emerging Markets region
· Responsibility for maintaining the underlying tables/queries which produce the Analytics and ensuring data consistency and reliability
· Creation of new Analytics utilizing Tableau and automating this process. Develop new reports/analytics and dashboards to analyze and improve the Sales force effectiveness
· Work closely with the ICM and SFDC admin team in Prague in order to have an accurate Sales Force Hierarchy and customer database in Varicent
· Coordinate the collection of the Sales team quotas and working with the Sales Incentives team to ensure timely and accurate upload
· Assist the Sales Ops Management to drive change initiatives, fostering employee involvement to enhance teamwork and accountability
· Work very closely with the other functions within the Sales Ops department (CRM and Pricing teams), the regional Marketing team and the IS Department

Desired profile
Skills & Qualifications
· Degree in Business Administration, EIS Business, Economics or Finance or in a related area
· 3+ years’ experience of business analytics in sales/commercial/marketing environments
· Good written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is required, additional languages might be considered a plus
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel and Access are a must (macros / VBA not a must)
