Job description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

•Contribute to the test and design of a physiological sensor.

•Developing next generation Nellcor and INVOS optics.

•Modeling optics via TracePro

•Characterizing current LED and detector.

•Benchmark competitive devices.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

•Full-time graduate student pursing a degree in Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in optics

•Preferred minimum 1st year graduate student

•GPA of 3.5 or above

•Must be available to work at least 40 hours a week Monday-Friday

•Excellent communication skills both oral and written

•TracePro is a plus (or something similar)
