Job description
Purpose:
Provide support to Sales Finance Contracting within the Cardiac and Vascular Group. Perform analysis of project-related activities. Analyze contract data and develop and manage reports. Responsible for compliance with corporate policies and all department standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
Basic contracting support to include:
· Support the contracting team in basic contract administration tasks such as writing price quotes, investigating price discrepancies, and loading pricing.
· Provide robust and accurate pricing analysis.
· Process customer quotation and bid requests in a timely manner in accordance with Medtronic pricing objectives, terms, and conditions.
· Execute and monitor negotiated contracts from implementation and to expiration to ensure that appropriate pricing is applied to sales orders.
· Track performance on rebate/compliance contracts. Analyze compliance and determine appropriate rebate and pricing strategies.
· Support Customer Care, Credit Financial Services and other organizations to resolve pricing discrepancies and other related issues.
· Complete special projects which may include, but are not limited to contract compliance, pan CVG rebate analysis, product launches, etc.
· Understand and comply with all laws, regulations and/or company policies.
Desired profile
Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
· Pursuing BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business
· 3.25 GPA or higher
· Eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
PREFERRED:
· Proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets.
· Experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions.
· Additional experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, healthcare or related areas desirable.
· Solid business acumen and judgment.
· Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data.
· Self-motivated and goal oriented.
· Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion.
· Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail.
· Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to function well in high-energy business environments.
