MAINPURPOSE OF JOB

Coordinate all Sales & Marketing activities for a specific business

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
|
·  ||Processing orders and communicating them to the relevant business Distribution Center(s) |
·  ||Tracking orders and updating “Order Tracking” spreadsheets. |
·  ||Following up with distribution to ensure complete order processing/invoicing/shipment: request the finance release of the orders that are validated by the sales supervisor or sales manager.  |
·  ||Follow-up on orders processing and ensure that invoices are received and forwarded to the countries. |
·  ||Daily update of the forecast and the invoiced orders, back orders, etc. |
·  ||Work closely with the Customer Service Department in Heerlen to follow-up on back orders |
·  ||Be aware at all times of the YTD sales of the division, forecast of the months/quarters, AOP of the months/quarters/year. |
·  ||Know the accurate amount of orders to be invoiced and the value of items on back order |
·  ||Assist the Sales managers/supervisors in the preparation & submission of Quotations and Tenders, and provide them with the necessary documents, brochures, certificates, etc. |
·  ||Maintaining accurate databases such as price lists, payment requests list, product materials listing, registrations listing (TUV, certificates), etc. |
·  ||Follow-up on product complaints in a timely manner, products returns, RGA, etc. and ensure replacement orders are received |
·  ||Managing service and repairs logistics and related communication processes |
·  ||Work closely with regulatory to ensure compliance.  Take the lead during products recall, field actions, etc. |
·  ||Attend the weekly calls with Customer Service in Heerlen |
·  ||Update the month end report every last Friday of the month |
·  ||Follow-up on licenses expiry and request renewal 6 months prior to the expiry |
·  ||Request custom packs manufacturing and follow-up on their shipment and invoicing |
·  ||Keep close track on the non-moving packs in EOC and take necessary action with the team |
·  ||Must have a complete knowledge of the products |
·  ||Do the on line trainings in a timely manner
