Asia Sales Training & Development Intern

Job description

Position Purpose:

The ASTD Intern is supporting ASTD training operation team in building
sales training database. This task will be extended to maintain the system in
good order. Also the Intern is to support reporting of Cornerstone Learning
Management System usage and statistics.

Main Responsibilities:  

The focus is on three primary
areas of responsibility: 

·  Together with Training
Ops team, support them in building sales training history database.
·  Updating the last 2
years’ training program details for future reference.
·  Support reporting and
statistical usage of Cornerstone Learning Management System in terms of traffic
reporting and monitoring the usage.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Follow
up with Sales Trainers to ensure training records are captured accurately
and on time.   
·  Consolidate
our Sales Training History of each sales representative, make a summary of ASTD
sales training programs for the last 2 years (2015 and 2016).
·  Capture,
consolidate and report metrics of Cornerstone usage by BU, Country, and by
specific programs.Generating sales force’s
traffic report and producing periodical reporting on usage frequencies.
·  Collaborate
with sales training team to partner with Regional Managers to assess sales
challenges and opportunities and facilitate training to address these
challenges.
·  Collaborate
with sales trainers on additional projects and initiatives within the sales
training team.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

·  Pursuing
a Bachelor’s degree or related program
·  Fluent in English,  good computer skills

 Preferred Qualifications:

·  Willing
to work hard in a critical operational area that requires focus,
concentration, and keen attention to details

·  Experienced
in presentation is a plus
