SAP-HCM Consultant - HCM team (m/f/d)

Job description

Your Tasks

·  You continuously work on the optimization of human resources processes
·  You work together with product teams on projects to harmonize spanish HCM processess
·  You prepare rollouts of our HCM solution and support them in Spain
·  You advise key users in HR department
·  You support the SAP HCM system with focus on Personnel Management (PA), Payroll (PY), Personnel Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM) 

Your Profile

Required studies and competences:

·  You have a degree in informatics, economics, business administration or similar
·  You have experience in customizing SAP HCM (ERP 6.08) with knowledge in the modules PY/PA/PT/OM/
·  You have good understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts
·  You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma) and are able to integrate and use these methods in your daily work routine
·  You work independently and with a high sense of responsibility, but you are also a team player
·  You enjoy project work as well as the analysis and design of processes
·  You are confident in Office365 applications
·  You are an open-minded, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility
·  You are fluent in English, gladly other languages as well
