Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure the quality of accounting entries, acting as the liaison with the Shared Service Center
· Provide support to the Shared Service Center Team when necessary.
· Cowork with German Book Keeping
· Perform daily and monthly checks on accounting records.
· Handle the accounting of specific invoice types.
· Manage closing provisions.
· Verify payments and ensure their accuracy.
· Review the quality of monthly financial statements, including the profit and loss account and balance sheet.
· Provide general support for administrative tasks.
Requirements
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as there is a frequent contact with international teams.
· Experience in accounting and financial processes.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
· Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
