Job description
Working as part of a professional marketing team this is a varied and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with email, direct mail and fax marketing as directed
• Liaising with partner websites to promote courses
• Web based research as and when requested by colleagues
• Checking and signing off supplier invoices
• Liaising with sponsors regarding courses and venues
• Day to day administration tasks
Qualifications and Experience
• A willingness to learn new skills 'on the job’
• Strong attention to detail, good grammar and writing skills
• Good communications skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and internet search engines
• Able to proactively manage your own time and priorities
• Able to cultivate strong working relationship with team members
• Educated to GCSE level or similar
Position
Full time - 35 hours/week
Location - Manchester M28
Salary - Depending on experience
