Job description
Our Client is looking to appoint both an Import Administrator and an Export Administrator on a 3 months temporary assignment based in Southampton.
The suitable candidates would be available immediately and have ideally have previous import or export experience. They would be extremley organised, trustworthy and willing to see the assignment through to the end.
Background & Experience Required:
- Good level of education, preferably A level or equivalent
- Excellent PC skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Competent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the shipping industry, logistics and documentation is desirable, but not essential
Skills & Competencies:
- Organisational skills; To monitor, measure, resolve analytical data

- Business awareness; interest in the company's needs as a whole. Ability to understand market, competition, commercial impact, and plan / budget accordingly
