Job description

Fashion Eyewear is looking to expand the customer service team further. We are looking for an energetic person that has the thirst for knowledge and success to join our fast growing designer eyewear company.

As a customer service advisor you would have to be fast thinker and good under pressure. You will be on the phone dealing with customer queries and speaking with suppliers, at the same time responding to live chat and customer query tickets, so being a good multi-tasker is essential.

Essential requirements:
- Fluent in English, with a professional phone manner
- Computer literate or a very quick learner!
- Good time management
- Competent multi-tasker

This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT position, minimum 37.5 hours a week. Flexibility is required as you may have to work some weekends.

Full training is provided to get you up to speed with the pace of our work, however we prefer somebody with existing customer service experience.
