Job description
MATA Recruitment in Basildon, Essex are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Previous Recruitment or Sales background is an advantage but not necessary.
This is a 50% Commission position with no basic salary, if you have worked in Recruitment before you will know the benefits to earning 50% of what ever you bill rather than the company earning 90% of the hard work you have done.
We have been established since 2014 and have a team of 5 all in the same boat.
You have the choice of working from home or working from our office.
The successful candidate will be given training and guidance if it is required.
A company phone will be provided.
I am looking for hungry people, sales driven and that's not scared , to pick up the phone.
