Production Support Coordinator I - ICAT

ICAT has an opportunity to join the Underwriting Support Department as a Production Support Coordinator. The Production Support Coordinator (PSC) provides a full range of administrative, information processing support and customer service for the International Catastrophe (ICAT) underwriting and operations teams. Under the guidance of the department supervisor, the PSC receives, evaluates, verifies, and processes incoming data and correspondence for all of ICAT’s underwriting business units.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage premium finance company correspondence and maintains database.
·  Monitor the New Quote Submissions folder, records and clears new submissions and creates quote shells.
·  Review and distribute returned mail to the appropriate team member and/or producer as required.  Scan and record action.
·  Process risk modeling requests as needed.
·  Review and distribute incoming correspondence, Endorsements, Cancellations, and Quotes to the appropriate team member. Files documents in document management system.
·  Maintain inspection files

Requirements:

·  1-2 years of data processing customer support within a business environment.
·  Excellent customer service skills.
·  Ability to accurately process high volume, detail specific data.
·  Experience working in a team-oriented office.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·  Must be results-driven, detail-oriented and have effective planning and time management skills.
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·  Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
