Job Purpose:
The MSE (TPM) Coach for AM and FMOS is a critical member of the Supply Excellence team accountable for the regional implementation and success of the AM and FMOS Pillars. As the Regional AM/FMOS Pillar leader, they are responsible for direction setting and transformative change at all layers of the organization by:
· Partnering with the Regional MSE team to develop and support the overall implementation strategy for MSE (particularly AM and FMOS).
· Partnering with the Global AM and FMOS Pillar leaders to create a 5 year vision and long term strategy for AM and FMOS Pillar progression within the Sites which includes:
· Developing or supporting the development of training materials needed to create this vision (including AM Step 4 materials).
· Implementing a coaching and auditing process to ensure successful implementation of this strategy.
· Building capability of all AM and FMOS pillar leaders enabling them to build site capability.
· Leading and developing other AM and FMOS Pillar members on the Supply Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be an active and contributing member of the MSE Team guiding and supporting the overall regional/global strategy.
· Leading transformative change within the factories focused on the AM and FMOS Pillars.
· Leading and dveloping between 1-3 indirect report plus indirect development responsibilities team-wide.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree or comparable, relevant work experience.
· Minimum of eight (8) years manufacturing experience (CPG preferable).
· Minimum of five (5) years TPM or lean manufacturing experience. AM Step 4 experience required.
· Value Stream leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge/Experience:
· Proven experience as a coach/train/mentor.
· Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.
· Process and detail oriented with a 'hands-on' approach.
