Key Responsibilites/职位描述

Manage the market unit quality operation to deliver the highest quality product and service to our customer and consumer.
The work scope include but not limited to NPD (new product project), promotion activity, Premia, co-man, co-packer, E-commerce, storage and distribution, consumer feedback, quality incident and recall management.
1. Quality system/ legal compliance: Ensure full compliance & implementation of Mars Quality Management System, Mars Q&FS standards and Legal requirement in market unit; maintain and continuously improve in end to end process.
2. Continuous improvement: fully engage MU leadership team for market unit quality review and drive for continuous improvement.
3. Quality capability building: develop the strong quality ownership with capable quality knowledge in market unit team, including but not limited to co-packer, co-man, distribution center, customer service, market and sales team.
4. Team engagement: good team work with cross-function team.
5. Quality culture program: as role model to promote TQM culture in whole business unit.

Desired profile

Qualifications/任职条件

Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, food chemistry or Food Engineering
Above 6 years QA experience in a multinational food company, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity role.
The incumbent needs fluent speaking and written English capability, good computer operation and effective communication skill.
Full knowledge of quality system--ISO 9000/ FSSC22000, and quality program HACCP/GMP/Hygienic design. Familiar with legal food safety requirement, Food process technology.
