Key Responsibilities/职位描述

This role is responsible for pets store new retail model, to expand customers’ category capacity, and closely work with stakeholders to help pillar retail OP achievement.

·  Co-create SPT channel new retail solutions to expand category capacity by seamless collaboration with pilot customers/digital platforms and leveraging brand advantage & consumer insights.
·  Conduct intensive test & learns, accumulate learnings and establish golden solutions & successful picture.
·  Partner with pillar marketing team and field sales team to design check-out new retail solutions, ensure execution and secure KPI delivery.
·  Manage check-out new retail solutions transformation roadmap, deploy to field sales, handle regular business reviews with cross-function team.
·  Track and assure all operation and business KPIs met by the project

Qualifications/任职条件

·  Bachelor’s degree or above in business related major.
·  3 years of experience and 1 year of omni-channel experience is highly considered.
·  FMCG or mother-baby experience as a plus
·  Strong knowledge or experience on digital solution deployment and management
·  Strong knowledge of consumer engagement technologies
·  Synthesize and present business cases and results to senior executives
·  Understanding of retail business and O2O industry would be a plus
·  Prefer pets owner
