Sales Support Advisor (12 month contract) - Crown Pet Foods

Part-time 26 hours a week (Mon-Thu)

Castle Cary, Somerset

  £18,000 - £22,500 pro rata + bonus & comprehensive benefits

As Sales Suppport Advisor at Crown Pet Foods, you are the first point of contact within the Sales Office for Breeder/Pro and Retail customers and are responsible for completing customer orders, from the initial customer request to arranging delivery. You support the Sales and Marketing teams for both brands - ROYAL CANIN and JAMES WELLBELOVED and work in partnership with the field based sales teams to ensure that customers are aware of all promotions, product launches and offers available across both brands.

 

You must be able to provide a superb level of customer service to facilitate the supply of products, as well as build successful working relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business in order to understand processes and meet the needs of the customer.

 

KEY OUTPUTS

 

·  Respond to customer contacts through relevant communication in a professional and efficient manner, using systems to record necessary information
·  Meet all requests for information in a timely and efficient manner using viable and appropriate tools and to provide information to the Customer in a clear and concise manner
·  Completion of relevant channel specific orders in line with department procedures and processes
·  Completion of all administration to finalise the order process in line with customer requirements, meeting delivery, system and customer service standards
·  Dealing with complaints and issues raised by the Customer to the satisfaction of the customer or escalating to the Sales Support Team Leaders
·  Achieve closure of an order or contact to the satisfaction of both the Customer and the Company
·  Maintain data to allow accurate reporting of statistics

 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

 

·  You are a team player with a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Customer Service environment
·  You are able to build strong working relationships and use your own initiativ
·  You  have a strong drive for results and achieving / exceeding company targets
·  You have excellent planning and prioritisation skills
·  You are proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills
·  You have a good working knowledge of desk based I.T
