Here at Mars Pet Nutrition we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project (Activity) Manager to join the team based in Wodonga or Bathurst. This is a business-critical role which will see you working closely with cross segment teams on factory specific projects by ensuring they are successfully managed from charter to completion. As an integral role within the business, you will bring with you your knowledge of project management to ensure all activities are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate should also possess a strong drive for results whilst demonstrating effective conflict management capability, as well as strong listening skills and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

·  Plan, execute, and deliver activities and projects according to timelines
·  Delivering key projects to the business around growth quality and compliance from an export perspective
·  Management of all aspects of the warehousing pipeline via the 3PL provider to deliver an efficient warehousing solution by providing a cost-effective operation that meets the business needs now and into the future
·  Contribute to the effective management of the PN Factory Logistics (S&H) budget
·  Identify opportunities for improvement in relation to warehousing

The Ideal Candidate

·  Strong sense of quality and risk and ensuring neither is impacted throughout the projects
·  A great communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships in the immediate team and wider business
·  Strong collaboration, analytical and organisational skills
·  Ideally some previous involvement on factory projects and understand expectations of individuals with cross-functional team
·  2-3 years’ experience gained within an FMCG business (food) preferred
